The Pinoy Credit Score mobile application (collectively referred to as the “App”) are owned and operated by IMPERIAL P J R LENDING CORP. (“Company”), a company duly incorporated under the laws of the Philippines, with its registered office at Block 18 Lot 7 Treelane 3C Subdivision Bayanluma 4103 Imus. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), the terms “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Pinoy Credit Score, and “you” and “your” refer to you as a user of the App (“User”), whether registered or not. This Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use. Any capitalized terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy will have the meaning assigned to them in the Terms of Use.
This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the terms and conditions governing the services provided by Pinoy Credit Score (“Services”). It outlines the information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have regarding your personal information when you access the App and create an account with us (“Account”). BY ACCEPTING THIS PRIVACY POLICY, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO PINOY CREDIT SCORE’S COLLECTION, RETENTION, ANALYSIS, USE, AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OUTLINED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
Information Collected
1.1 User Information:
We will collect personal information from the User as detailed in this clause and as expressly set forth in this Privacy Policy. While some User information must be mandatorily provided, others are optional, and certain portions will remain private. We shall always inform the User which information is mandatory. Additional information may be gathered during subsequent use of the Pinoy Credit Score app (“App”) and while availing of our Services, as provided by the User.
1.2 Registration Information:
Certain mandatory information will be collected at the time of registration on the App. This information is required to enable the User to:

- • (ii) Determine their eligibility for credit scoring using our proprietary technology and additional criteria determined by:
- o (a) Pinoy Credit Score;
- o (b) Our partners, including financial institutions; or
- o (c) Both (a) and (b).
- (iii) Safeguard against illegal activities such as fraud, cheating, or misappropriation.
1.3 Required Information:
For providing the Services, we require the following mandatory User information:
- 1.3.1 Basic Personal Information: At the time of registration, we require personal details such as name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, permanent address, current address, employment details, salary, and certain personal identity information like gender and age.
- 1.3.2 Additional Information: Once registered, we may require additional information, such as designation, mode of salary, parent names, reasons for seeking credit, educational qualifications, and bank details for processing your application on behalf of our lending partners.
- 1.3.3 Security Information: We also collect and store your usernames, passwords, email addresses, and other security-related information that you use in relation to our Services.
1.4 Further Information:
To use the facilities and Services available on the App, the User may be required to provide additional personal information upon request. This information will be collected only upon receiving the User’s express consent.
1.5 Anonymous Information:
We may also automatically receive and collect certain anonymous information through standard usage logs from our web server, including mobile-identification information obtained from the equivalent of "cookies" sent to the App. This includes:
1.5.1 IP Address: The IP address assigned to the device used by the User.
1.5.2 Domain Server: The domain server through which the User accesses the App and its functions.
1.5.3 Device Type: The type of device used by the User ("Device").
1.5.4 Camera
Pinoy Credit Score require access to your camera for identity verification and document capture. This allows us to securely validate your information and provide accurate credit scoring.
1.6 Third-Party Information:
The User may choose to provide us with access to certain personal information stored by third parties like social networking sites (e.g., Facebook and Twitter). We will have access to such information to the extent allowed by the User’s privacy settings on that site and the User’s specific authorization. If the User associates an account managed by us with a third-party account, the User agrees that we may collect, store, and use such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
YOUR RIGHTS & PREFERENCES AS A DATA SUBJECT
2.1. This Privacy Policy is intended for Users within the territory of Philippine and govern your rights as per applicable law within the territory of Philippine. However, in the event you fall under a jurisdiction outside the purview of Philippine law, Pinoy Credit Score will not be liable for any claim, action and/or right initiated/exercised by you as per the extant laws of that jurisdiction. Therefore, we request you to kindly use the App accordingly.
2.2. Furthermore, we will always store any data collected from you in our servers located in Philippine.
Sharing of Information
3.1 Usage and Disclosure:
We will use User information solely in connection with the App and as described in this Privacy Policy. To provide the Services, we may share User information with third parties, including entities, organizations, or lenders involved in providing loans or credits through the App. By using the App, you explicitly consent to such sharing of User information. If you choose to access third-party websites or services, we are not responsible for those sites or applications. Sharing data with third parties will be subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of use.
Pinoy Credit Score will not rent, sell, or share User information, and will not disclose personally identifiable information to third parties or affiliates except in the following cases:
3.1.1 Financial Institutions and Banks: Disclosure necessary for transactions involving financial institutions and banks, with the User’s express permission.
3.1.2 Service Provision: Disclosure required for delivering the Services provided through the App.
3.1.3 Legal and Security Matters: Disclosure to investigate, prevent, or address unlawful activities, fraud, security threats, violations of our Terms of Use, or in response to legal claims.
3.1.4 Compliance with Legal Orders: Disclosure in response to court orders, legal requests, or notices from law enforcement agencies.
3.1.5 Aggregate Data: Sharing of aggregate information with advertisers for marketing purposes.
3.1.6 Personalization and Improvement: Disclosure for enhancing personalization, analysis, and offering new products and services.
3.1.7 Third-Party Arrangements: Sharing information under arrangements with third parties for product enhancement, risk analysis, security purposes, or communication.
3.2 Loan and Financial Products:
We may share your information with third parties that assist or enable you to access loans or other financial products from regulated entities.
3.3 Business Transactions:
If Pinoy Credit Score’s business, stock, or assets are acquired or merged with another entity, your information may be shared with the acquiring or merged entity to continue providing Services.
3.4 Service Provision:
If you choose not to provide the required information, we may not be able to offer you the Services.
DATA RETENTION
4.1. We take reasonable steps to ensure that User information is available only for so long as is necessary for the purpose for which it is processed, or longer if required under any applicable law, subject to appropriate safeguards. Please note that we ensure that all other information collected and stored is anonymized and aggregated in an irreversible manner. Furthermore, you explicitly consent and agree that we will be entitled to use such anonymized data or information freely, without any restrictions other than those set out under applicable law.
Security Measures
5.1 Information Storage and Encryption: User information is stored in access-controlled facilities with restricted access. Information transmitted over the internet is protected using encryption protocols, such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) or equivalent.
5.2 Industry Standards and Limitations: We employ industry-standard practices to protect User information during transmission and upon receipt. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely secure. While we strive to protect User information using commercially acceptable means, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Your use of the App is at your own risk, and we are not liable for misuse resulting from breaches of our safeguards by third parties. We also cannot fully control actions taken by other users with whom you share your information.
5.3 Legal Compliance: Our collection, usage, and sharing of User information comply with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and other applicable laws.
5.4 Breach Notification: In the event of a security breach, we will take steps to protect the misuse of information and may attempt to notify you electronically so you can take appropriate action.

Dispute Resolution
